菜鳥女警中計 網購被騙走15萬

台北市林姓女警上網購物碰上詐騙集團，誤以為付費時將一次付清勾選為分期付款，依指示操作自動櫃員機解除設定，損失十五萬元；警政署發現近來有數起年輕員警被騙個案，列入案例教育，要求各單位加強內部訓練，避免再發生類似狀況。

據了解，林姓女警去年從警察專科學校畢業，奉派至台北市某派出所擔任管區警員；今年五月間，她上網購買化妝品後接到自稱購物網站客服人員電話，告知她誤設十二期分期付款，未來會連續扣款的詐騙電話；電話隨即轉接至假冒銀行人員的歹徒，要求林女必須透過ATM自動櫃員機解除分期付款的設定。

林女多次依指示操作ATM匯款及無卡存款功能，結果把款項轉進歹徒的帳戶；歹徒食髓知味，再以手續費理由要求加碼，指日後會把款項「回沖」。當時林女戶頭內已沒錢，她還以「家中有急用」為由向同事借錢，同事一度起疑追問，但她不願透露隱情。

歹徒在林女無力匯款後斷絕聯繫，林女越想越不對勁，向同事提及此事才驚覺受騙，在任職的派出所報案，由同事協助製作筆錄；她指稱損失四萬八千餘元，但實際財損約十五萬元。

派出所向分局呈報此宗詐騙案，上級單位承辦人發現卷宗的被害人地址是派出所，一度以為登載錯誤，仔細看姓名及職業才知受騙的是「小學妹」。

警方調查，歹徒透過手機指揮林女操作ATM，且要求不要列印明細，林女邊打手機聽指示邊操作按鍵，根本不記得匯款帳號，只有一筆匯款不小心誤按而印出明細；警方已據此循線偵辦。

台北市警方表示，這名女警工作認真、服勤狀況正常，已向銀行調取帳戶資料，追查金流及詐騙帳號開戶者；林女同事說，她個性單純、從警資歷尚淺，一時疏忽而上當。
